Job summary

The Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking a proactive Security Officer to safeguard guests, staff and property across day-to-day operations. You will monitor entrances, manage access, and ensure compliance with safety procedures in a luxury environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in 5-star hotels, strong English, and basic MS Office skills. SIRA license is a plus, with competitive benefits including accommodation and healthcare.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in 5 stars luxury hotels and resorts, preferably in Dubai.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
• Holding SIRA Security License is a plus.
• Strong English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in day-to-day security operations to ensure safety of guests, staff and property.
• Monitor entry/exit of associates, visitors and contractors at staff entrances.
• Handle all tasks with diplomacy, tact and discretion.
• Record and control visitors' belongings upon entering and leaving the hotel.
• Ensure unauthorized personnel do not access hotel floors or back-of-house areas.
• Be familiar with hotel layout and daily operations.
• Patrol assigned areas to ensure guest safety and comfort.
• Assist in training related to emergency procedures when needed.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement when required.

What you will do

• Actively participate in the day to day security operations of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property.
• Monitor and to control the movement of all associates, visitors, and contractors leaving or entering the hotel through the staff entrance.
• Handle all tasks with diplomacy, tact, appropriate discretion and efficiency.
• Record and to control all visitors' belongings / items when entering and leaving the hotel premises through the employee entrance or loading dock.
• Ensure that unauthorized personnel do not gain access to the hotel floors and back of the house areas.
• Be fully conversant with every detail of the hotel layout.
• Check all current events, activities, and functions at the time of duty and be aware of daily operations of the hotel.
• To patrol the areas of responsibility and to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests
• Assist in training related to the resort emergency procedures when needed.
• Work with local law enforcement when needed.
• Coordinate the responsibilities of Security Officers and Guard ensuring their performance meets expectations.

What you bring

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in 5 stars luxury hotels and resort preferably in Dubai.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
• Holding SIRA Security License is a plus.
• Strong English language skills.
