About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Security Officer to join Security in Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Report on all incidents, raise them to the immediate supervisor and follow through until such time as they are handed over.
• Monitor and manage the entrance onto the property of all personnel and restrict access to those unauthorized to do so and report any such attempted breaches.
• Have a full understanding of the departmental policies and procedures and be knowledgeable with all updates and revisions as published.
• Together with relevant front office colleagues monitor and control traffic movement within the property. Control unauthorized parking to ensure parking only in designated areas.
• Be aware of and enforce all policies related to the specific posting where the officer is working (eg policy on contractor access).
• Escalate incidents to the appropriate person or department as the situation requires.
