Flyper in Abu-Dhabi UAE is seeking an experienced Security Manager to oversee the security of our premises and occupants, implementing policies and leading a security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall security of our organization, including physical premises and its occupants.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, knowledge of laws and standards, and a proactive approach to incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in Security Management or related field.
• Knowledge of relevant laws/regulations/standards.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• A keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and systems to ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, facilities, and information assets.
• Monitor physical security systems such as CCTV cameras, access control systems, alarms etc.
• Train personnel on security protocols and practices.
• Respond promptly to all security incidents.
• Investigate reported incidents and document findings.
• Supervise a team of security personnel.
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies on matters concerning the organization’s security.
• Maintain records of all access control activities.
