Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in security leadership, a strong grasp of safety regulations, and proven incident response skills. Fluency in English and a proactive, team-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations.
• Proven ability to coordinate and execute security plans.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and decision making skills.
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and time management abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a team-oriented attitude.

• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring security policies across our organization.
• Working closely with other departments to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Supervising the installation of safety devices such as fire extinguishers or surveillance systems.
• Performing regular risk assessments for all areas of the organization.
• Investigating any incidents or breaches of security protocols.
• Training staff on safety procedures as required.
