Work standard seeks a Security Manager to oversee on-site security in Abu-Dhabi, UAE, protecting personnel, property, and assets. You will supervise access control, CCTV, alarms, and routine risk assessments while coordinating with security teams and contractors.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in a similar position, a valid UAE driver’s license, strong leadership, team management, organization, and flexibility to work shifts. Proficiency with MS Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the security of personnel, property, and assets on site.

• Ensuring doors are locked at night and access control systems are maintained.
• Supervising CCTV surveillance and recording of events.
• Installing alarms and access control systems as needed.
