Job summary

JobLeader in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Security Manager to oversee security policies, procedures, and systems for our corporate headquarters. The role focuses on creating a safe environment for employees and visitors within a fast-paced, international setting.

The successful candidate will manage risk assessments, advise senior management, and lead a team to ensure onsite safety. A Bachelor’s degree and minimum five years of relevant experience are expected, with strong English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a security manager or equivalent
• Knowledge of security systems, including access control, CCTV systems, etc.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain and monitor security policies, procedures and systems in compliance with local regulations.
• Conduct risk assessment audits and advise senior management on matters related to security.
• Provide guidance and support to subordinates in order to ensure the safety of personnel onsite.
