Job summary

Talent Higher in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Security Engineer to own security across the platform, from application and infrastructure to wallets, multi-sig treasury structures, employee security and incident response. This is a practical engineering role, not a policy or compliance position, requiring deep crypto security experience and the ability to make decisive calls under pressure.

• Strong application + infrastructure security engineering background.
• Cloud, Kubernetes, containers and CI/CD experience.
• Ability to review production backend code.
• Strong understanding of wallets, transactions and on-chain activity.
• Ownership mindset and ability to work under pressure.

We’re working with a high-growth crypto platform operating at scale.They are looking for a Security Engineer to take ownership of security across the entire organisation from application and infrastructure security through to wallets, multi-sig treasury structures, employee security and incident response.

This is a hands-on engineering role, not a policy or compliance position.
