Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of Fitout, joinery, or construction experience, preferably within the UAE or GCC.
  • Strong background in interior Fitout execution, site coordination, and technical supervision.
  • Solid understanding of Fitout methodology and joinery production.

Responsibilities

About Your Team

Reporting to the Operations Department, you will lead and coordinate a section of Fitout works, managing teams, workflows, and performance to ensure seamless production and site delivery. You will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, subcontractors, and factory teams to ensure your section meets the project’s quality, schedule, and cost objectives.

Your Role

As a Section Manager, you will take ownership of the planning, coordination, and execution of a defined section of high‑end Fitout works—ensuring your scope is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and supervising a section of Fitout works from design coordination through site execution
  • Developing detailed work schedules, manpower plans, and material forecasts for your section
  • Coordinating with design, procurement, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely progress
  • Ensuring all works align with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards
  • Monitoring site progress, identifying risks, and implementing effective mitigation strategies
  • Leading and developing section teams to ensure high performance and safe execution
  • Providing regular progress updates, reports, and technical feedback to senior management
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols, authority requirements, and contractual obligations
What We’re Looking For
Experience
  • 8–12+ years of Fitout, joinery, or construction experience, preferably within the UAE or GCC
  • Strong background in interior Fitout execution, site coordination, and technical supervision
Knowledge & Expertise
  • Solid understanding of Fitout methodology, joinery production, and site sequencing
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schedules, and BOQs
  • Proficiency in project and construction tools (MS Office, AutoCAD; MS Project/Primavera is an advantage)
Top Skills
