Client of Edvectus is seeking a Female Secondary Art Teacher for an international school in Sharjah, UAE. The role requires delivering Art at the secondary level within a predominantly ESL environment and a 100% ESL learning context.

Qualifications

• Recognised teaching qualification QTS.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience due to UAE Ministry regulations.
• Strong experience teaching Art at secondary level.
• Willingness to work in a 100 ESL learning environment.
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom practice.
• Excellent differentiation, assessment and student engagement skills.
• Collaborative and collegial approach.
• Confidence using technology and data to support learning.
• American curriculum experience, particularly Common Core, would be an advantage.
