SynerData is seeking an experienced Baker for our El-Ain, India bakery. The role involves preparing a variety of sweet and savory goods, baking to standards, and presenting products with creativity. You will also decorate, monitor ovens, manage inventory, and help maintain a clean work area.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of baking experience, knowledge of diverse recipes, and strong time-management skills. Preference may be given to candidates with biometric passports.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, icings and other ingredients per recipes.
• Bake products according to standards and timelines.
• Decorate and present baked goods with creativity and attention to detail.
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed for different products.
• Maintain inventory levels of baking supplies and equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness of the work area and proper storage of ingredients and tools.
• Train new bakers when necessary.
