The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating seasonal workers, strong organizational and communication skills, and access to visa status in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required; Malayalam knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in coordinating or managing seasonal workers preferred.
• Familiarity with the Malayalee community is beneficial.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with employers to understand their seasonal staffing needs.
• Advertise job openings and conduct interviews for potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct reference checks.
• Manage onboarding for selected candidates and provide orientation and training.
• Monitor worker performance and address issues; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain records of employee information and documentation; facilitate communication between employers and employees.
