Job summary

ADG in Dubai seeks a highly skilled SDET / Test Engineer to own test architecture end-to-end, write production-grade automation code, and drive quality across UI, API, and integration layers. You will build scalable automation frameworks and CI/CD gates that enable reliable deployments, while embracing AI-accelerated testing.

Responsibilities include design and maintenance of automation across UI/API, shift-left quality, and contributing to production code.

Qualifications

Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks end-to-end.
Ability to embed quality early in the SDLC and collaborate with engineers.
Proficient in writing production-grade automation code in Java/TypeScript/Python.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks across UI, API, and integration layers.
Shift-left quality by partnering with engineers during design and development.
Build and maintain automated test pipelines that gate deployments.
Contribute production-level test code and test the system as an engineer would.
Perform performance and resilience testing under load and identify bottlenecks.
Leverage AI tools to speed up test scaffolding and reduce maintenance.
Collaborate with product and advisory teams to translate acceptance criteria into automated coverage.
