Job summary

SABIS is seeking a School Social Worker Supervisor to help students reach academic and personal potential by arranging social services for referred learners. You will lead student support, conduct behavioral analyses, and counsel families as needed.

Responsibilities include managing attendance and behavior records, coordinating with the School Director and SMC, and ensuring disciplinary procedures are followed with a focus on student welfare and safety across the SABIS network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology is required.
• Background in student management and discipline is essential.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities are needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop long- and short-term intervention plans for referred students.
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Analyses to guide support.
• Provide consultations and counseling to students and families as needed.
• Participate in due process proceedings when necessary.
• Manage lateness, absences, and disciplinary infractions records and communications.
