Qualifications

• 2 years experience as an IT Technician preferably from an Educational Organization.

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Ensuring electrical safety standards are met.
• Repairing, upgrading, or replacing damaged hardware.
• Performing routine checkups and preventive maintenance.
• Keeping track of IT Asset information.
• Working closely with the Pedagogical Team and ICT officer.
• Upgrading the entire system for compatible software.
• Installing and upgrading anti-virus software.
• Testing and evaluating new software and hardware.
• Providing support to users and error reporting.
• Establishing good relationships with all departments.
• Conducting daily backup operations.
• Managing technical documentation.
