A prestigious international school is seeking an Admissions Secretary to manage the admissions process, provide an inviting environment for new parents and students, and ensure compliance with Ministry of Education regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining detailed student records, responding to enrolment inquiries, and preparing reports on current enrolments. The ideal candidate will have strong written and spoken English language skills and effective interpersonal communication. A minimum of two years in a customer-focused role is required. This position is based in the United Arab Emirates.
Admissions Secretary - Responsible for assisting with the admissions procedure for students to the school.
Welcome and provide new parents and students with a positive first impression of the School by presenting school curriculum and achievements. Organize and manage the admissions procedures of students and maintain records and files of all current and prospective students.
College Degree preferred
Excellent written/spoken English language skills
Effective interpersonal skills to aid in daily contact with a diverse multi-cultural population. Must have excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A minimum of two (2) years in a customer focused role.
