Job summary

Ssc Hr is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Project Manager to lead multi-project execution, planning and delivery. You will manage manpower, materials and site activities, ensuring safety and adherence to client requirements and company standards.

The role demands strong hand-on scaffolding knowledge, leadership, and superior stakeholder management across complex projects, with a focus on safety, schedule, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on scaffolding industry experience.
• Proven ability to manage medium to large-scale scaffolding projects.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, erection/dismantling methods, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage scaffolding projects from mobilisation through demobilisation.
• Develop project plans, schedules, manpower and material requirements.
• Coordinate daily scaffolding activities including erection, modification, inspection, handover and dismantling.
• Ensure delivery within scope, programme and budget while meeting client expectations.
• Monitor progress, address delays, and manage resource constraints.
• Prepare, review and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with legal/regulatory requirements and contract terms.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Commercial, HSE, Logistics and HR teams.
• Maintain scaffold designs, method statements, risk assessments and standards.
