Job summary

Whitehall Resources urgently seeks an experienced SAP RE-FX Functional Consultant to design, configure, implement and support SAP Flexible Real Estate Management across lease management, property management and contract administration.

The role requires strong hands-on RE-FX configuration skills, IFRS 16/ASC 842 knowledge and integration with SAP FI/CO. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams and project managers to deliver end-to-end SAP RE-FX solutions.

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of SAP RE-FX experience
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX configuration and implementation/support
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA RE-FX is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of Lease-In / Lease-Out, Contract Management, Property Management
• Good knowledge of IFRS 16 / ASC 842
• Strong integration knowledge with SAP FI/CO and Asset Accounting
• Experience preparing functional specifications and working with ABAP developers
• Experience with SAP implementation, enhancement, migration, testing and production support
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements for real estate and lease-management processes.
• Conduct requirement-gathering, Fit-Gap, Fit-to-Standard and solution-design workshops.
• Configure and implement SAP RE-FX solutions in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• Configure and support: Buildings, Rental Objects, Real Estate Contracts, Lease-In and Lease-Out.
• Support IFRS 16 / ASC 842 lease accounting processes and integration with SAP FI/CO.
• Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW/custom developments with ABAP teams.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, cutover and go-live activities.
• Perform Unit Testing, SIT, UAT and regression testing.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support.
• Manage enhancements, change requests and continuous process improvements.
• Prepare functional documentation, user manuals and training materials.
• Conduct end-user training and knowledge-transfer sessions.

Whitehall Resources are looking for an experienced SAP RE-FX Functional Consultant to design, configure, implement, and support SAP Flexible Real Estate Management solutions across real estate and lease-management processes.
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, technical teams, and project managers to deliver end-to-end SAP RE-FX solutions covering lease management, property management, contract administration, lease accounting, and financial integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements for real estate and lease-management processes.
• Conduct requirement-gathering, Fit-Gap, Fit-to-Standard and solution-design workshops.
• Configure and implement SAP RE-FX solutions in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• Configure and support:
  • Business Entities
  • Buildings
  • Rental Objects
  • Real Estate Contracts
  • Lease-In and Lease-Out
  • Conditions and rent calculations
  • Escalations and renewals
  • Service Charge Settlement
  • Periodic postings
  • Property and portfolio management
• Support IFRS 16 / ASC 842 lease accounting processes, including lease valuation, ROU assets and lease liabilities.
• Configure integration between RE-FX and SAP FI/CO, FI-AA, MM, AP/AR and other relevant modules.
• Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW/custom developments and work with ABAP teams.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, cutover and go-live activities.
• Perform Unit Testing, SIT, UAT and regression testing.

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX configuration and implementation/support.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA RE-FX is highly desirable.

• Experience with ROU asset and lease-liability accounting.
• Knowledge of SAP MM, PS, FM/TR or SD integration.
• Experience with SAP data migration tools.
• ABAP debugging knowledge.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Experience working in global SAP transformation or AMS environments.
