Job summary

EDGE Group PJSC is seeking an experienced SAP Project Systems (PS) Specialist to own, govern, and optimize SAP PS processes and project financial data flows across complex defense and international programs. You will interface with Project Finance, PMO, Commercial Finance, IT, and operations to ensure system integrity and scalable project execution.

The role focuses on WBS governance, project structure standardization, invoicing readiness, revenue recognition alignment, and integration with SAP

Responsibilities

• Own and govern SAP Project Systems (PS) financial structures across projects and portfolios
• Ensure WBS integrity, accurate project setup, and alignment between commercial, operational, and financial structures
• Support end-to-end project financial flows across SAP, MSP, CRM, procurement, billing, and reporting systems
• Manage project creation, modifications, settlements, and financial master data governance
• Drive automation and system enhancement initiatives within Project Finance
• Transition processes from manual trackers to SAP-based reporting and governance
• Ensure alignment with IFRS and revenue recognition requirements
• Support invoicing readiness and financial milestone tracking
• Monitor data consistency between operational execution and financial reporting
• Support audits and ensure compliance with financial controls
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on system improvements, UAT, and testing
• Develop reporting tools and dashboards for improved project visibility and forecasting
• Perform root-cause analysis for system and process issues impacting projects
• Contribute to standardization of Project Finance governance across entities
