Job summary

ASIAN GLOBAL INFOTECH IT CONSULTANCY CO. L.L.C. is seeking an experienced SAP VIM functional consultant to provide hands-on support in an SAP S/4HANA environment, focusing on incident resolution, RCA and BAMU activities.

You will handle PO and Non-PO invoice processing and postings, with strong emphasis on VIM workflows and integrations. The role requires 6+ years SAP VIM exposure, deep SAP FI/S/4HANA knowledge, and the ability to work onsite in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall experience in SAP VIM.
• Hands-on experience in SAP FI and S/4HANA is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of PO and Non-PO invoice processing and accounts payable.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on functional support for SAP OpenText VIM in SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Handle AMS BAU activities including incident resolution, RCA, enhancements and change requests.
• Support PO and Non-PO invoice processing, validation and posting; troubleshoot VIM workflows and exceptions.
• Configure and support VIM components, including DP document types, inbound channels, rules, workflows and IDoc integrations.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers for functional specs, defect resolutions and minor enhancements.

Provide hands-on functional support for SAP OpenText VIM in an SAP S 4HANA environment Handle AMS BAU activities including incident resolution troubleshooting root cause analysis RCA enhancements and change requests Support PO and Non-PO invoice processing validation and invoice posting Troubleshoot VIM workflows business rules exceptions Logic Modules DP document processing and error queues Support VIM integration with SAP FI AP General Ledger GL Tax Vendor Master Purchase Orders PO Goods Receipt GR and invoice posting processes Configure and support VIM components including DP Document TypesInbound ChannelsBusiness RulesException HandlingWorkflow and Agent DeterminationLogic ModulesCustom Fields and ValidationsArchive Document TypesWork with invoice capture and extraction solutions such as CC4S IC4S IES or ICC Troubleshoot OCR extraction issues invoice data mapping validation errors and document processing failures Support integrations through Email IDoc SAP CPI Ariba and third-party applications Analyze and resolve IDoc failures mapping issues interface errors and document processing failures Perform debugging workflow monitoring log analysis and root cause analysis for production issues Collaborate closely with Finance and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide effective functional solutions Coordinate with ABAP developers for functional specifications defect resolution and minor enhancements

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of overall experience
• Strong relevant experience in SAP VIM
• Must have hands-on experience in SAP FI and S/4HANA
• Candidates available immediately or within 30 days will be preferred.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Abu Dhabi, 5 days a week.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
