Qualifications

• 15+ years of hands on SAP expertise with strong technical foundation.
• At least 5+ years in senior technical SAP leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of the SAP stack including Finance, Retail, P2P, and O2C.
• Track record in establishing or running a SAP Centre of Excellence.
• Strong people leadership skills to grow high performing SAP teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Build the SAP COE function, including in house technical experts.
• Lead the full SAP development lifecycle including solution design.
• Govern SAP architecture and integration across multiple areas.
• Manage partners ensuring quality delivery and reducing reliance on vendors.
• Create governance charters and lead innovation initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
