Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced SAP Ariba and Concur integration specialist to design and build flows connecting Ariba, Concur, and the reconciliation layer. You will map data, implement exception handling, and ensure secure, scalable API integrations across procurement workflows.

The role requires deep expertise in procure-to-pay processes, cXML/JSON, OAuth 2.0, and S/4HANA FI-AP touchpoints, focusing on SAP Ariba and Concur ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP experience, 4+ years with SAP Ariba and 2+ years with SAP Concur integrations.
• Strong procure-to-pay and invoice reconciliation knowledge in Ariba and cXML/JSON.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0 API integrations via API gateways; familiarity with S/4HANA FI-AP touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Design and build flows for supplier invoices from SAP Ariba into the reconciliation layer and provide status feedback to Ariba.
• Design and build Concur expense-invoice extracts into the integration layer.
• Map Ariba/Concur data to reconciliation keys and define exception handling for non PO, duplicates or unmatched documents.
• Configure Ariba integration settings, monitor, and support SIT/UAT, cutover and hypercare.

Job description

Key responsibilities

• Design and build flows for supplier invoices from SAP Ariba (Ariba APIs / c XML) into the reconciliation layer, and status/response feedback to Ariba.
• Design and build Concur expense-invoice extracts (Concur APIs) into the integration layer where in scope.
• Map Ariba/Concur invoice, PO and supplier data to reconciliation keys; define exception handling for non PO, duplicate or unmatched documents.
• Configure Ariba integration settings and monitoring; assess supplier-onboarding and process impacts; support SIT/UAT, cutover and hypercare.

Required experience and skills

• 7+ years of SAP experience including 4+ years on SAP Ariba (Buying & Invoicing, Ariba Network, CIG / Integration Suite) and 2+ years on SAP Concur integrations (Concur APIs / financial connectors).
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay, invoice reconciliation in Ariba and c XML/JSON integration.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0 API integrations through API gateways; familiarity with S/4HANA FI-AP touchpoints.
