About the Role:
  • Seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial sales leader to pioneer and expand presence across the Middle East & Africa.
  • This is a ground-floor opportunity to build and shape the region, driving the full sales lifecycle from strategy to execution.
  • You will be responsible for establishing our market position, forging key partnerships, and achieving significant revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Pioneer Market Strategy: Develop and execute the go-to-market blueprint for MEA, establishing our foothold and driving rapid revenue growth. You will own the regional P&L, from accurate forecasting to exceeding sales targets.
  • Build and Lead: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team. Instill a culture of excellence, accountability, and relentless pursuit of new business, particularly within the Financial Services and FinTech sectors.
  • Forge Strategic Alliances: Act as the face of the company, building trusted C-level relationships with key enterprise accounts and channel partners. Architect and negotiate complex, multi-year Enterprise Agreements.
  • Drive Commercial Excellence: Masterfully manage the entire sales cycle—from pipeline generation to strategic deal closure and customer renewal. Leverage data and insights to optimize sales motions and pricing strategies.
  • Catalyze Cross-Company Growth: Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to translate field intelligence into actionable strategies, ensuring our solutions and GTM approach are finely tuned for the MEA market.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • A proven sales leader with 15+ years of experience, specifically in selling complex IT/software solutions to large enterprises.
  • Non-negotiable: A documented track record of success in the Financial Services/FinTech sector and experience building or significantly expanding a territory in the MEA region.
