Job summary

A technology company is looking for an Administrative Coordinator in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle sales leads, administrative tasks, and client follow-ups. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and a background in IOT are preferred. Responsibilities include data entry, sales order creation, and maintaining organized files. This role is essential for supporting the management team and ensuring smooth operations within the Dubai office.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Compile daily lists of leads and delegate them to the sales team.
  • Maintain organized file systems for admin and sales tasks.
  • Handle all administrative duties, including scheduling meetings.
  • Follow up with clients for administrative purposes.
  • Provide assistance to executives and management as needed.
  • Perform data entry for sales metrics.
  • Create and process sales orders timely.
  • Report unusual activity to supervisors.
  • Expedite rush order requests.
  • Work closely with lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Coordinate as the SPOC for Dubai office.

Job description

Job responsibilities include:

  • Compile daily lists of leads and delegate individual leads to sales team associates
  • Maintain an organized and accessible file system for administrative and sales professionals
  • Handle all administrative duties for the organization and scheduling of client meetings and conferences
  • Follow up with clients on the telephone for administrative purposes
  • Provide administrative assistance to executives and management team members as required
  • Perform data entry duties with regard to sales figures, metrics and other key data
  • Create and process sales orders in a timely fashion
  • Report unusual activity to supervisors
  • Expedite requests for rush orders and alter sales orders and shipping data as needed
  • Work on leads, meetings and client acquisition part
  • Work closely with targets, revenue generation part
  • Complete coordination & act as SPOC for Dubai office
  • IOT background is an added advantage & preferable
