Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in sales support or related area.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is an advantage.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Officer, Sales Support to support our Business Development and Sales teams by coordinating key activities, managing sales operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for both internal stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Business Development and Sales teams.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely execution of sales-related activities and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, contracts, proposals, and documentation.
• Prepare and track sales approvals, memos, quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Support the development of business proposals by consolidating pricing, technical, and logistics information.
• Monitor sales pipelines and generate reports to support business decisions and performance tracking.
• Conduct market and competitor research, providing insights and analysis to support growth initiatives.
• Ensure accurate client pricing information and coordinate with Finance for timely billing and reporting.
• Work closely with sales teams to deliver excellent customer service and exceed client expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales support processes, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Allied Health Sciences, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in sales support, business development, customer service, healthcare operations, or a related area.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Knowledge of sales support and business development processes and best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
