A global logistics leader in Dubai seeks a Sales Executive responsible for managing customer relationships within a small portfolio, understanding customer needs, and securing business. The ideal candidate should excel in account management and communication. This full-time role emphasizes customer relationship management and utilizing CRM tools to drive sales.
Has overall sales responsibility for customer relationships and performance of a small customer portfolio.
Manages assigned customers and budget base; pursues and secures business in line with the business objectives.
Probes and identifies customer needs and provides solutions.
Builds a good understanding of target customers and the assigned account base.
Communicates significant trends rate changes and policies to assigned accounts.
Researches and understands the territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers.
Researches and analyzes competitive and industry trends.
Ensures customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality.
