MADI International, a leading name in the beauty industry across the Middle East, is looking for dynamic and ambitious Outdoor Sales Representatives to join our Gents Department in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

We are seeking strong candidates who are eager to grow their careers in the men's beauty and grooming sector and contribute to our expanding presence in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell professional men's grooming and beauty products to barbershops, salons, spas, and beauty retailers
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients
• Identify new business opportunities and grow the client portfolio across Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas
• Conduct regular field visits, deliver product knowledge sessions, and provide live demonstrations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in beauty, grooming, cosmetics, or FMCG
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for men's grooming trends and the beauty industry
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
