Job summary

Workato in Sharjah is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to promote and sell products, identify leads, and manage customer relationships. You will conduct sales calls, follow up with clients, and participate in events to grow the customer base.

The ideal candidate has proven sales experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Accommodations are provided; visa is required from the candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM software.

Sales Representative

We are a growing company looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Sharjah. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. Your primary task will be to identify leads, make sales calls, and follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and potential customers
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with clients
• Reach out to customer leads through various communication channels (phone calls, emails, social media)
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
• Keep records of all sales activities including sales calls and follow-ups
• Participate in marketing events such as trade shows or exhibitions
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' products

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• Ability to build rapport with clients and deliver excellent customer service
• Highly motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: 1500$ per month + commission

Location: Sharjah (candidates from Egypt preferred)
