InstaCreative India is seeking a Sales Representative for our Dibba-El-Fujairah team. The role focuses on promoting products, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic market.

The ideal candidate has proven sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Training will be provided, with performance-based commissions included.

Sales Representative

We are hiring a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. Your main goal will be to increase sales and meet or exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through phone calls or emails
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and status reports

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade others
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month along with commission on sales.

Location

This position is based in Dibba-El-Fujairah. However, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are fluent in English.
