A leading global events company is seeking a Sales & Relationship Manager to drive sales and foster relationships within the coffee supply chain. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Arabic, with at least 3 years of experience in sales or account management. You'll manage diverse GCA offerings, selling sponsorship packages and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. This is a flexible remote position requiring occasional travel for events.
Global Coffee Awards (GCA) is seeking an experienced Sales & Relationship Manager to join the team.
The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English and Arabic) and based in GCC countries.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales or account management.
Familiarity with specialty coffee and its key players is a significant advantage.
You’ll be working directly with stakeholders across the entire coffee supply chain, including coffee roasters, exporters, producers, green coffee traders, and importers.
This is a full-time or part-time, permanent, remote position , with occasional in‑person meetups.
You’ll be responsible for managing and selling a diverse range of GCA offerings.
This includes not only being present on the days of the event but also arriving at least a week early for preparations.
Occasional pre‑event short trip visits to the venue or other relevant locations may also be required.
Please note that our events are hosted across Latin America and globally.
Candidates must be willing to travel extensively for these events.
