Your Role
  • Support excellence in regional deal execution, opportunity‑to‑order process, and adoption of the deal desk.
  • Collaborate with global teams for the adoption of global processes with transactional systems.
  • Replace local systems through migration.
  • Maintain consistent operational execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Support roll‑out of topics from HQ towards local centres of best practice (LCBs).
  • Steer the customer allocation process.
  • Provide Point‑of‑Sale (POS) transparency.
  • Support sales teams in using sales tools for optimal workflow and customer interaction data.
  • Monitor and maintain high data quality and timeliness across sales systems.
  • Provide contextual insights on data and support decision‑making.
  • Prepare customer analytics and reports.
  • Synthesize data insights from the LCB and track KPIs.
  • Provide market intelligence and related analysis to improve LCB growth strategy.
  • Support sales reporting and management review.
  • Ensure implementation of governance guidelines and standardisation.
