A leading medical company in Dubai is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Team. This role involves managing documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and handling tenders and customer service. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in sales support, particularly in the healthcare or B2B sector. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare or B2B sector.
  • Ability to assist in analyzing costing, pricing, and ensuring accuracy in financial data.
  • Familiarity with Excel data analysis features such as Vlookup, Pivot, and Formulas.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and coordinate with the Sales Team, Suppliers, and Customers.
  • Check and monitor tenders and auctions online.
  • Prepare quotations and tender documents with compliance.
