Job summary

A leading technology company in Dubai seeks a Sales Coordinator to support sales operations and client engagement. The role involves managing documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth sales processes. Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or customer support.
  • Preferably experience in IT/System Integration industry.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales team in preparing proposals and quotations.
  • Maintain and update sales trackers and CRM records.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Finance for vendor registration.
  • Prepare sales-related documents and client correspondence.
  • Schedule client meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Track purchase orders and delivery schedules.
  • Provide administrative support for RFQ responses.
  • Assist in preparing presentations for management review.
  • Liaise with internal departments for customer requirements.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is compliant with policies.
