Job summary

A creative data technology provider in Dubai is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to enhance growth in the Middle East. This pivotal role involves overseeing customer contracts, coordinating with teams to ensure compliance and accuracy, and implementing best practices in contract management. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Bilingual candidates in Arabic and English are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in sales operations, commercial analysis, or contract management.
• Strong understanding of sales data analysis to detect trends and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Experience with vendor and third-party relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and track customer contracts including renewal cycles and expiration management.
• Support sales and finance teams by maintaining billing accuracy and licensing compliance.
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance to obtain internal approvals for customer contracts.
