The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the security services industry. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Job description

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, email marketing, etc.).
• Manage CRM systems for sales pipeline tracking and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with advertising and design agencies, printers, and external vendors.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities within UAE
• Create and publish marketing content
• Collaborate with other departments for campaign alignment.
• Manage and update the companys digital platforms, including website and social media channels.
• Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and events
• Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Generate performance reports on sales activities, campaign results, and ROI.
