Position Summary

The Sales Manager, Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce), has a strategically critical role within the Energizer MEAA business, responsible for leading the commercial strategy and execution across national online partners. This role drives alignment between Energizer’s business objectives and customer strategies, ensuring delivery of key performance metrics today while building a foundation for future growth.

The Q-Commerce Sales Manager will serve as a pioneering leader responsible for establishing and driving our Q-Commerce channel strategy across the MEA (Middle East and Africa). This role requires a data-driven expert to build and manage strategic relationships at both the Chief-level and operational levels with key regional platforms. The ultimate mission is to aggressively open new market opportunities, optimize channel performance, and achieve ambitious regional Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and sales targets. This is an entrepreneurial position critical to securing our long-term growth and market share in the rapidly evolving Q-Commerce space.

Responsibilities
Universal Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute Q-Commerce and E commerce channel strategy, identifying, establishing, and maintaining relationships with major platforms (Talabat, Noon, Deliveroo, , and delivering regional revenue goals.
  • Manage overall Customer P&L and deliver financial targets.
Specific Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute annual / quarterly sales growth strategies and action plans based on in-depth analysis of the MEAA Q-Commerce market.
  • Manage monthly sales performance to deliver expected net sales and GM as planned.
  • Create and maintain Product / portfolio hygiene on individual platforms.
  • Establish and manage long‑term strategic relationships to ensure long term partnership that promotes sales growth, with major Q-Commerce platforms in the region (., Talabat, Noon Food, Deliveroo, Careem).
  • Continuously monitor sales performance within the Q-Commerce channel, utilizing data analysis to identify immediate promotional and operational improvements to exceed revenue targets using on platform levers.
  • Optimize product placement, pricing strategy, and stock availability within Q-Commerce platforms to maximize channel profitability.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Finance departments to establish efficient operational processes tailored to the specific nature of Q-Commerce.
  • Regular status meetings with timed target milestones highlighting roadblocks if necessary.
  • Explore the potential of business growth.
What we are looking for
Required Skills and Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in Sales, Channel Management, or Business Development within the Q-Commerce or E-Commerce / FMCG industry (supplier or vendor side).
  • Deep understanding of the major E-Commerce / Q-Commerce platforms and distribution landscapes and growth levers.
  • Good interpersonal skills with Fluent professional English proficiency.
  • Skills / Competencies : Data-driven decision-making ability, problem-solving skills, exceptional negotiation and communication skills, and a strong drive and autonomy for pioneering new markets.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Has worked on the vendor / supplier side with Q-Commerce platforms.
  • Understands the fast‑paced nature of online grocery or FMCG delivery.
  • Ready to scale up from execution to strategic ownership over time.
