Role Purpose
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving annual sales planning, executing sales activities, leading the sales team, and meeting revenue targets across the Independent Automotive Aftermarket. The role includes managing key customer relationships, analyzing distribution channels, supporting new product launches, and developing strategic initiatives to grow market share in MEA.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop annual sales plans, tactics, and campaigns for all product categories.
- Set sales targets and guide the sales team in achieving profitable growth.
- Support the introduction and market launch of new products.
Customer & Market Management
- Manage commercial agreements with key customers.
- Lead negotiations on contracts, payment terms, and credit limits.
- Track monthly forecasts, orders, and payment collections.
- Analyze market intelligence, identify new business opportunities, and recommend distribution adjustments.
Performance & Reporting
- Analyze sales data, monitor variances vs. targets, and implement corrective measures.
- Prepare monthly reports on customer performance, challenges, and action plans.
- Support strategic programs such as brand protection, local promoters, and trusted partner initiatives.
Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team.
- Allocate objectives, monitor performance, and support target achievement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Customer Service, Marketing, and Regional Leadership to ensure sales alignment.
- Coordinate with key account teams across multiple countries.

Requirements
3. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- English : Fluent (mandatory).
- Bonus : Arabic or French languages.
- MBA preferred (Marketing / Commercial).
4. Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in the Independent Automotive Aftermarket.
- Strong knowledge of MEA markets, distribution channels, and customer structures.
- Experience managing key accounts and negotiating contracts.
- Basic technical understanding of automotive parts.
