Responsibilities
  • Build and execute a full sales funnel—from prospecting to close and post‑sale care—designed for premium art and interior clients. Develop SOPs, structured pitch flows, and closing frameworks to maintain consistent conversions.
  • Leverage PR networks and industry relationships with designers, architects, developers, galleries, and luxury clients to generate qualified pipelines. Form long‑term partnerships to secure recurring revenue.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a distributed network of art agents, interior consultants, and real estate partners. Implement performance‑driven sales programs, affiliate models, and incentives to boost deal flow.
  • Utilize LinkedIn, CRM systems, and strategic events to maintain continuous outreach. Stay informed on industry trends, buyer behavior, and competitive products to drive product and sales decisions.
  • Own revenue targets—forecast sales, improve conversion metrics, and report on KPIs to support quarterly growth.
