Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-centric approach.

Job Responsibilities:
• Developing sales plans and strategies to increase company profits.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Analyzing market trends and tracking competitors’ activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Negotiating with customers to ensure maximum profitability.
• Managing customer accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Training, motivating, and monitoring performance of the sales team.

Requirements:
