Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 -4 years of experience in sales in the HoReCa industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
- Ability to prepare competitive quotations and commercial proposals.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
- Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and convert them into long‑term customers.
- Promote textile production to existing and especially to prospective new clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key accounts and decision‑makers in the industry.
- Conduct regular client visits to understand their requirements, provide product recommendations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, quotations, and order follow‑ups.
3. Market & Competitor Research
- Monitor market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management on emerging market needs, pricing trends, and product development opportunities.
4. Order & Production Coordination
- Coordinate with the production, planning, and quality teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams regarding specifications, timelines, and quality requirements.
- Track orders from confirmation to delivery and resolve any issues promptly.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and customer databases in CRM
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, including forecasts and performance analysis, for management review.
