PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the hotel’s revenue growth. This role focuses on promoting the hotel’s services to corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers while contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
  • Promote hotel services, packages, and special offers to increase bookings.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to support sales strategy.
  • Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry functions as required.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.
  • Support the Sales Manager in achieving team revenue goals and sales objectives.
QUALIFICATION
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field
EXPERIENCE
  • 1–3 years of experience in hotel sales, corporate sales, or hospitality sales.
SKILLS
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Results-driven with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
