Job summary

A leading manufacturer of laboratory solutions in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with over 3 years of sales experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to travel across the UAE, and a valid UAE driving licence. This role includes identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the construction industry, with proven ability to manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and laboratory fit‑out sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and project managers.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and site visits as required.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, installation) to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the construction or related industry.
  • Experience dealing with contractors and consultants is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
