Role & Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.
- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, present company capabilities, and propose suitable interior fit-out solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Maintain regular communication with clients during project execution to ensure expectations are managed and met.
- Address client concerns promptly to build trust and ensure repeat business.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and feedback to management on customer needs and potential market gaps.
- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
Coordination & Reporting:
- Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and project execution teams to align project deliverables with client expectations.
- Ensure all client communications, contracts, and documentation are up to date and properly filed.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Skills
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; CRM software knowledge is an advantage.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4–5 years of proven sales experience in the interior fit-out industry.
- A strong network in the construction/design industry is a plus.
