Job summary

A leading interior solutions company in Dubai is looking for a sales and business development professional to develop client relationships and manage sales processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out sales, communication skills, and a degree in a related field, as well as a minimum of 4–5 years of experience. Responsibilities include conducting client meetings, preparing presentations, and coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4–5 years of proven sales experience in the interior fit-out industry.
  • A strong network in the construction/design industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through various methods.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and propose solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and ensure client satisfaction.

Role & Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, present company capabilities, and propose suitable interior fit-out solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients during project execution to ensure expectations are managed and met.
  • Address client concerns promptly to build trust and ensure repeat business.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and feedback to management on customer needs and potential market gaps.
  • Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.

Coordination & Reporting:

  • Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and project execution teams to align project deliverables with client expectations.
  • Ensure all client communications, contracts, and documentation are up to date and properly filed.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
