OnTime Group is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Executive for our Homecare division. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our homecare services and developing relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met with our high-quality care options.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage potential clients requiring homecare services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, families, and community organizations
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our homecare offerings
  • Develop tailored proposals to address the specific needs of clients
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Provide ongoing support and communication with clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  • Track and report on sales activities and results to management
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field
  • Prior experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in homecare or healthcare services
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
