Sales Executive Industrial Division We are a leading company in bearings and power transmission solutions, and we are expanding our Industrial Sales Team. We are looking for a driven Sales Executive who can strengthen our presence in the industrial sector and grow business directly with end users across multiple industries. What You Will Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial end users in sectors such as manufacturing, aggregates, steel, cement, food processing, packaging, logistics, and automotive production.
- Identify opportunities directly inside factories and workshops to grow bearing and power transmission sales.
- Conduct regular industrial visits to understand machine applications, pain points, and maintenance needs.
- Present MCB’s full product offering: bearings, belts, chains, seals, greases, and power transmission solutions.
- Handle inquiries, prepare technical and commercial offers.
- Follow up on quotations until deals are successfully closed.
- Process orders and coordinate with logistics to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with clients (daily, weekly, project-based).
- Ensure excellent after-sales service and collect customer feedback.
- Monitor industrial market trends, competitor movements, and pricing updates.
- Work with the Industrial Team on monthly sales targets and industry-focused strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales preferably but not mandatory industrial MRO spare parts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills with factory engineers, maintenance teams, and procurement
- Good command of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Proactive, organized, and strong in follow-up.
- High energy and ability to grow new accounts, not only manage existing ones.
- Experience working with industrial end users across Middle East, Africa, or CIS is a plus.
