Position Summary:
The Sales Executive represents the brand by delivering an exceptional customer experience, maximizing sales performance, and cultivating long-term client relationships. In the luxury fashion environment, this role demands strong product knowledge, refined presentation, and the ability to understand and cater to a discerning clientele.
The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, promoting brand loyalty, and upholding the brand’s prestige and values in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Achievement & Client Relationship Management
- Drive sales to meet and exceed individual and store targets.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients through client ling techniques.
- Understand customer needs, preferences, and lifestyles to offer tailored product recommendations.
- Actively contribute to growing the client database and ensuring consistent follow-up to encourage loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently in line with company procedures.
2. Brand Representation & Product Expertise
- Serve as a brand ambassador, consistently reflecting the brand’s image, tone, and luxury standards.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all collections, materials, craftsmanship, and brand heritage.
- Communicate the brand’s story and product features in a sophisticated and engaging manner.
- Stay informed on fashion trends, competitors, and client expectations to enhance sales opportunities.
3. Store Presentation & Visual Merchandising
- Support visual merchandising by ensuring displays are aligned with brand guidelines and refreshed regularly.
- Ensure the store environment is immaculate, elegant, and welcoming at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment, tagging, and transfers.
- Report damaged or missing items promptly to the management team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in luxury fashion retail or a premium brand environment.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English (Russian or other languages are an advantage).
- Strong sense of style, grooming, and presentation consistent with luxury standards.
- Proficiency in POS systems.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
