Job Title: Sales Executive - Courier/ Express - UAE

Job Purpose

As Sales Lead you will drive growth and revenue by developing and selling express logistics and courier solutions to the local UAE market.


You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and maintaining long-term client relationships helping to position the company as a market leader in last-mile delivery and express logistics services.


You will thrive in a fast-paced goal-driven environment and receive continuous support and resources to help you succeed and build a lasting career.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Growth


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales follow-up.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.

  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a seamless sales experience.

  • Drive long-term client retention through strong relationship management.


Sales Strategy & Performance Management


  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline to maximize revenue growth.

  • Work cross-functionally with commercial operations and pricing teams to review market trends and service KPIs.

  • Maintain CRM compliance and provide regular sales performance reports.


Stakeholder & Team Collaboration


  • Act as a key liaison between sales operations and support teams to streamline business processes.

  • Participate in strategic planning and team meetings to enhance sales effectiveness.

  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and leadership within the commercial team.


Occasional Duties


  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support overall business objectives.


Qualifications & Experience

Education:



  • Diploma or higher qualification in business, sales, logistics or a related field.
