  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets across GCC markets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail accounts.
  • Identify and onboard new partners and customers across assigned GCC territories.
  • Negotiate pricing, listings, promotions, and commercial agreements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing across the region.
  • Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings across GCC countries.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.

Care Wet Wipes specializes in manufacturing high-quality and innovative wet wipes products under the highest standards of hygiene. Our diverse product range includes refreshing wet tissues, makeup removers, personal care, antibacterial, medical, household, and baby wipes. We also provide private label option, creating products tailored to meet specific ingredient and material requirements.

Role Description

We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Sales Executive to develop and grow our wet wipes business across the GCC region, while being based in the UAE. The role involves managing distributors, key accounts, and new business development across multiple GCC markets.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic, confident in English, and have proven experience in FMCG sales within the GCC. The role may require regional travel, and the candidate must be eligible to obtain visas for GCC countries as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets across the GCC markets
  • Manage and grow relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail accounts
  • Identify and onboard new partners and customers across assigned GCC territories
  • Negotiate pricing, listings, promotions, and commercial agreements within company guidelines
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing across the region
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, accounting) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Conduct regular market visits, customer meetings, and business reviews across GCC countries
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events in the region
Qualifications
  • Strong spoken and written English – mandatory
  • Proven experience in FMCG sales within the GCC (personal care or hygiene products preferred)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel across the GCC
  • Must be eligible to obtain visas for GCC countries (Business travel)
  • Valid UAE driving license
