Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, high-end service to clients
• Advise customers on diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewellery
• Build long-term relationships with clientele
• Handle after-sales service with professionalism and follow-up procedures to ensure client satisfaction.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain visual and service standards of a luxury boutique

Candidate Profile

• Proven Experience: Minimum 1 year in fine jewellery retail, with extensive knowledge of diamonds and gemstones.
• Passion for Luxury: Genuine enthusiasm for luxury jewellery, craftsmanship, and client experience.
