Senior Services Sales
Job Scope
The SeniorServices Sales role is accountable for generating services sales and upgrade revenue. S/He is expected to achieve predefined sales targets and manages quality and consistency of product and service delivery.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Experience of 7-8 years of independently managing services sales in Unified Communications, Contact Center (Avaya must, Alcatel and Mitel, bonus), networks (Aruba, Ruckus, Cisco) and as a bonus - ELV (Physical security, Audio Video) market in the UAE.
- Successful and provable track record of having achieved quarterly and annual services sales targets from net new clients, existing renewals, upgrades, and managed service contracts.
- The candidate must have excellent relationships with existing large clients that can be switched. Referral checking and good feedback is a pre-requisite for the role.
- Ability to hit the ground running with immediate revenue results to successfully pass 3-month probation.
- Experience in being able to independently develop bid responses and to prepare renewal costing, commercial and technical proposals.
- Strong relationships with OEM partners.
- Excellent technical knowledge in above solutions to guide pre-sales and project delivery teams.
- Part of the role requirement is to oversee services operations for optimizing engineer performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and articulation skills in English.
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Negotiate and finalize prices and terms of payments with customers within approved brackets and report on action taken and closed deals.

Position Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or any other related field.
Experience
At least 7 years of relevant experience.
