We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Polymers industry in the UAE. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Polymers industry within the UAE and Elsewhere market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate product solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of sales activities with company objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  • Assist GPDC Manager and 1-Hexene Manager in promoting SPCo/GPDC 1-Hexene product and improving profitability within the territory.
  • Cooperate/Coordinate with GPDC team to maximize the business value.
  • Manage the relationship with key customers.
  • Strategic planning for business expansion.
  • Identify prospective customers and lead generation.
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss business needs.
  • Coordinate on prices and terms and assist with agreements / reports.
  • Identify potential spot opportunities.
  • Maintain customer contact lists and follow‑ups with them to continue relationships.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with GPDC team members.
  • Report to GPDC on the progress of discussions/meetings with clients & customers.
  • Analyze the territory/regions/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Support GPDC with reports on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new business and the Services.
  • Monitoring and reporting market information and trends in our industry.
  • Set up periodic review call with customers along with GPDC.
  • Coordinate overseas business visits with customers in conjunction with GPDC.
  • Coordinate participation in conferences and seminars relevant to our business.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the Polymers industry.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE, ASIA and EU market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑oriented approach.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Chemical Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English.
